We start with a safety check of the ledger, footings, framing, and railings — the parts that keep a deck from becoming a hazard. From there we replace failed boards, tighten or rebuild railings, repair framing, and sand and re-seal or stain the surface so the whole deck looks and feels fresh.
If the underlying structure is too far gone to save, we'll say so and give you a fair rebuild quote instead of putting good money into a bad frame.
